What We Can Pick Up
Customer orders must be fully paid before pickup. Depending on the merchant or pickup location, the customer may also need to provide an order number, pickup name, PIN, barcode, QR code or other release information before a driver can be released for pickup.
Groceries & Household
Fully paid grocery, household and everyday-essential orders ready for pickup.
Prescriptions & Pharmacy
Eligible prescription and pharmacy pickups with designated-agent authorization when required. Controlled substances are not accepted.
TVs & Electronics
TVs, monitors, computers, printers, gaming systems, speakers, small appliances and other electronics that fit safely inside the vehicle.
Auto Parts
Prepaid parts and approved business or personal orders from auto-parts stores, dealership parts counters and similar suppliers.
Hardware & Home Improvement
Tools, paint, plumbing and electrical parts, fixtures, repair supplies and other passenger-SUV-size hardware orders.
Farm & Rural Supplies
Reasonable-size orders such as pet or livestock supplies, feed, tools, farm hardware and other eligible store pickups.
Dry Cleaning & Laundry
Pickup or delivery of clothing and other eligible items from dry cleaners and laundry businesses.
Pet Supplies
Pet food, litter, medications, grooming supplies, beds, crates and other eligible pet-store orders that fit safely inside the vehicle.
Gifts, Flowers & Occasion Orders
Flowers, gift baskets, bakery orders, party supplies and other prepaid special-occasion pickups.
Retail Orders
Clothing, shoes, home goods, sporting goods, office supplies, décor and other fully paid merchandise approved for third-party pickup.
Returns & Drop-Offs
Eligible prepaid, packaged and labeled returns or local drop-offs when the destination accepts third-party delivery.
Business Supplies & Packages
Office materials, parts, supplies and approved local packages for businesses, shops and service professionals.
Passenger-SUV Size & Load Limits
Orders must fit safely inside a standard passenger SUV with the rear hatch fully closed. We do not transport oversized, bulk, palletized, or freight-sized loads.
Examples that generally do not fit this service include full-size construction sheets, large appliances, pallets, oversized furniture, bulk building materials or anything requiring a trailer, roof transport or a commercial cargo vehicle.
Pickup Authorization Matters
Some merchants have their own third-party pickup rules. Customers are responsible for ensuring the order is fully paid and that the merchant will release it to the assigned I’ll Go 4 It driver. Required release information should be provided before the driver is sent to the pickup location.
