Start here to create your customer account or sign in. Once your email is verified, you can enter the pickup, delivery, item and timing details for your request.
How to request service
- Create your account. Enter your name, mobile number, email address and a password.
- Verify your email. We send a verification message to the address you used to create the account.
- Sign in. Once the email is verified, sign in and continue to the delivery request form.
- Enter the delivery details. Confirm pickup and delivery addresses, item details, release information and when the order will be ready.
- Review before submitting. You’ll see the estimated delivery quote and review the request before it is submitted.

Account Practices & Security
Email verification
A verified email is required before a customer can submit a delivery request. Verification helps protect account ownership and reduces unauthorized use.
Authentication
Customer sign-in is handled through Firebase Authentication. Your password is handled securely by Firebase Authentication, not by I’ll Go 4 It. We never see, receive, or store your password in readable form and cannot access it.
Automated-abuse protection
Cloudflare Turnstile, Cloudflare security controls and Firebase App Check/reCAPTCHA Enterprise are used as layered protections against automated abuse and unauthorized app traffic.
Protected account access
Customer records and delivery actions require authenticated account access. Sensitive delivery information is limited according to the customer, driver and Dispatch roles used by the service.
Account changes
Email and password changes use account-security verification. Password-reset and verification links are handled through secure account-action flows.
Account deletion
Customers can request deletion of the active account/profile from My Account. Historical delivery/business records may be retained for payment, dispute, fraud, accounting, audit and legal recordkeeping.
Payments — sandbox testing
Stripe is currently connected in sandbox/test mode only. Live customer charges are not enabled. Test card fields are provided securely by Stripe, so I’ll Go 4 It does not receive or store the full card number or security code. Test payment status, amount and Stripe reference information may be retained while the integration is tested.
Security controls reduce risk but no website or online service can guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact support and change your password promptly.
