Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how I’ll Go 4 It collects, uses, protects and retains information when you use our website, create a customer account, request courier or pickup and delivery service, communicate with us, or use account and delivery features.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the service, we may collect information such as:

• name, email address, mobile number and account profile information;
• pickup, delivery, home/contact and business addresses;
• order descriptions, pickup or release information, delivery instructions and timing information;
• account verification, authentication and security-event information;
• delivery status, ETA, timestamps, proof-of-delivery information and related service records;
• communications with I’ll Go 4 It or Dispatch; and
• website, device, analytics and security information needed to operate and protect the service.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure customer accounts, provide courier and delivery service, calculate or present delivery information, communicate about requests, support customers and drivers, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain business and delivery records, improve the service, and comply with applicable legal and accounting obligations.

Account and authentication services

Customer authentication is handled through Firebase Authentication. Email verification and secure account-action links are used for supported account changes. Your password is handled securely by Firebase Authentication, not by I’ll Go 4 It. We never see, receive, or store your password in readable form and cannot access it.

Security and abuse prevention

We use layered security services that may include Cloudflare security controls and Turnstile, Firebase App Check and reCAPTCHA Enterprise. These services may process technical information such as network, device, browser and security signals to identify automated abuse and protect accounts and the website.

Location and delivery information

Pickup and delivery locations are used to provide the requested service, routing and delivery status. Exact driver GPS is not presented to customers; customer-facing tracking is designed around delivery status and ETA. Access to protected order information is limited according to the customer, driver and Dispatch roles used by the service.

Prescription-related requests

For eligible prescription pickups, only the patient information needed for pickup—such as the patient’s name and date of birth—is provided to the assigned driver when needed for the pharmacy pickup. I’ll Go 4 It does not ask for or need to know what medications or prescriptions are being picked up. We request that pharmacy orders be provided in sealed packaging whenever possible to help protect patient privacy. Pharmacy pickup authorization, delivery status, required timestamps, signatures, and related service records may be retained as part of the delivery and audit record. Controlled substances are not accepted for delivery.

Service providers

We use service providers to operate website hosting, security, authentication, analytics, communications and other technical functions. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices and the services we configure for I’ll Go 4 It.

Payment information

I’ll Go 4 It is currently testing Stripe in sandbox/test mode only. Live customer card charges are not enabled through this integration. During sandbox testing, card information entered into Stripe’s secure payment fields is sent directly to Stripe; I’ll Go 4 It does not receive or store the full credit or debit card number or security code. We may retain test-payment information such as transaction status, amount, Stripe payment reference, and other non-sensitive payment details Stripe provides for integration testing. This policy will be updated before live card processing is enabled.

Records and account deletion

Customers may request deletion of the active account/profile through the account tools provided by I’ll Go 4 It. Historical delivery and business records, including information attached to those records, may be retained when reasonably necessary for payment, dispute, fraud, accounting, audit, insurance, safety or legal recordkeeping.

Analytics, cookies and similar technologies

Our website may use analytics and security technologies to understand site performance, diagnose problems, protect the service and measure use. Browser storage may also be used to keep you signed in or preserve necessary application state.

Children’s privacy

The customer service is not designed for children to create delivery accounts independently. If we learn that information was submitted inappropriately by a child, contact us so the issue can be reviewed.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service changes. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
